Commercial buildings are buildings whose primary function is commercial activity (for example retail, warehouses and office buildings). Their value can be significantly increased if more attention is placed to achieve better overall appearance with modern commercial building architecture and interesting design ideas. Those can include the use of more environmentally friendly materials and construction techniques which considerably lower the cost of energy consumption, as well as appeal to more environmentally aware customers.
