Click lock laminate flooring can be installed on all surfaces, most common surface is concrete. When laying planks on concrete, use of quality underlayment is highly recommended. Underlayment has many functions. It levels out small surface imperfections on subfloor, it offers stability to planks and allows laminate flooring to naturally expand and contract. It is also a sound, water and temperature barrier. Click lock system bonds planks together. Each plank has a tongue and groove so they seamlessly fit together.
